Refund policy

Online Purchase Returns by Mail

All returns by mail following an online purchase will result in a refund within 10 to 14 business days.

Return your new, unused, or unworn items in their original packaging by mail using the return label included in your package.

Make sure to return each package with its respective return label.

You have 14 days from the date you received your order to return the item for a refund (see details below).

We do not accept returns in person at our warehouse.

How to return an online purchase by mail


If the returned item has been used, worn, or is in poor condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return and refund. We do not accept in-person returns at our warehouse.

  1. Complete the online return form: You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order. The form and shipping must be completed within this period. You can complete the returns form on our returns platform.
  2. Prepare your package: Pack the unused and undamaged item in its original packaging, with all parts included, inside a shipping box or bag.
  3. Attach the return label to the shipping box: Your return is prepaid. Simply attach the prepaid Canada Post return label, which was included in your package, to the outside of the shipping box or bag. Make sure to remove any other labels or addresses on the packaging to avoid confusion.
    If you are returning shoes, please ensure that the AKANOMA shoe box remains undamaged by placing it inside another shipping box. The return label should not be attached directly to the AKANOMA shoe box, and the box should not be sealed with tape.
    If the AKANOMA shoe box is used as the return package, a $5 CAD fee will be deducted from your refund.
  4. Send the package: Drop off your package at any Canada Post office or mailbox. The shipping fees are already covered, so you will not have to pay anything at the post office. A $9.50 processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
  5. Check your email: You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed. The refund will be issued using the same payment method as your purchase, within 10 to 14 business days.
